What's IVR

IVR is a technology to detect remote callers' key press sequence and respond them by pre-defined actions. E.g. Companies' corporate telephony systems are handled by IVR. Callers can press keys to transfer to an extension number, or to leave messages when callees are unavailable. IVCM is the only mobile application that realized IVR features on your smart phone!

Detail descriptions

Seven responses for incoming callers when they are in a list or phonebook.


* Accept (don't handle)
* Respond by personal IVR: With your personalize greetings to instruct callers to leave their messages, press key to transfer their calls to other numbers, or answer by yourself!

* Send busy tone

* Reject by SMS

* Divert call to operator's voicemail system or other numbers

* Record incoming and outgoing call conversation

* Mute ringer



Flexible, unlimited profiles

You can divide callers according to lists or phonebook up to 7 groups. Then assign any response method above to any group. These combinations are called "profiles". Profiles number is unlimited.

Weekly or daily scheduler

You can configure to activate any profile automatically at appointed time every day or every week.

Important information for no beep call recording

Due to hardware limitation of different phone models, there are two types of no beep call recording available as fellows.

Lossless no beep applies to Nokia E60,E61,E61i,E65,E70,N71,N73,N75,N77,N80,N91,N92,N93,N93i,N82,N95,N95 8GB,N96,E90.

Interruptive no beep applies to Nokia 3250,5320,5500S,E50,E62,5700,6110/6210 Navigator,6120,6121,6220,6290,N76,N78,N81,N81 8GB,E51,E66,E71. But this way will cause 10% of call conversations not being recorded per second.

In system settings, set the option "no beep phonecall record" to "Yes" means lossless no beep. Set the option to "Force no beep" means interruptive no beep. IVCM will auto detect suitable recording way for your device.
